This very large ecoregion of the western US is centred on the Colorado Plateau. It extends from southeastern Utah and western Colorado southward to the northern parts of Arizona (including the Grand Canyon) and New Mexico. A tiny sliver extends across the border into Nevada west of Las Vegas.
